Bring AI into your business
You want to understand how AI can benefit your business.

8+ years building products and experiences for clients across the US, Latin America, and the Caribbean. I mentor the AI-curious and help shape the policy around the AI they use.
Most engagements fall into one of these buckets.
You want to understand how AI can benefit your business.
Your web app is the business. Either you're putting your operation online for the first time, or rebuilding the one already holding it up.
Your legacy system costs more to keep than to replace.
Your company is using AI, but you have no guardrails or rules around it.
You want to grow your business with proper data analytics.
Each engagement uses some mix of these.
Code that's readable a year later. React, TypeScript, Next.js, Node when needed. Figma to shipping UI without losing the design intent.
I take system decisions seriously enough to make them early. Framework picks, integration boundaries, what to build versus buy. The calls that pay back across years, not sprints.
Builds that ship without surprises. CI/CD pipelines, deployment, and the infrastructure to keep them running. Vercel and Supabase by default.
Experiment design, instrumentation, and the unglamorous work of making sure the variant you shipped is the variant that ran. One quarter, $2M in lift at Rue Gilt.
Training and benchmarking LLaMA-4 to write production-grade code. I build with Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Higgsfield, and whatever model is sharpest for the work. What I learn comes back to client work.
AI policy frameworks for governments, institutions, and regional bodies. With WDG, I help draft the rules engineers ship under and citizens live under.
I train engineers and teams on agentic workflows, and the AI fundamentals underneath. The goal is people who keep building and growing on their own, long after the engagement ends.
I started building for the web in Kingston Jamaica in 2018. 8+ years later, the work still feels like the same thing: figure out what the product needs to do, build it cleanly, prove it worked, leave it stronger than you found it.
The years have added up: $2M in lift at Rue Gilt, $500K saved at TrueLogic, zero P1s on launch. Components that survive the second redesign.
At Intellibus since April 2025, coaching engineers and architecting the systems they build. Alongside that, I'm working with WDG's founders to assemble a collective of experts shaping AI policy across the Caribbean and eventually globally.
In September 2025, we secured commitments from regional ministers at ICT CTU Week to adopt WDG principles. Open to new opportunities.
Caribbean ministers, signing on to AI policy
Coaching engineers and architecting the systems they ship across Intellibus's internal platform, AI Academy, and JobCreation.ai. Leading the WDG team driving Caribbean adoption of the founders' PROSE governance framework. Regional ministers committed at ICT CTU Week, September 2025.
Two million on the line, one cutover at a time
A/B-tested React components on a members-only luxury marketplace. Ran the experiment orchestration and Tealium instrumentation. Cut over the legacy international shipping system.
Teaching LLaMA-4 to write the front-end
Authoring frontend datasets in JS, HTML, CSS, and React. Building physics-simulation evaluations in p5.js, Matter.js, and three.js. Prototyping Jira and Google Calendar replicas to stress-test agentic planning.
Oracle to WordPress, on schedule, zero P1s
Led the migration off a legacy Oracle CMS. Designed and built a React component library that became the team's default vocabulary — tokens, variants, the patience to keep them honest. Hardened forms, instrumented SEO. Launched in November on schedule.
From 20% to 80% test coverage
Two apps sharing a React component library. Designed a payments system serving 10,000+ users. Introduced Jest, RTL, integration tests, and CI quality gates.
A page that holds a thousand visits a day
Affiliates page for a renter-landlord platform. Built it clean: SEO-friendly, reduced-motion-aware, responsive end-to-end.
A training course people actually want to click
Touch-and-click training course in React with game-like mechanics. LMS integration adapters for client and internal platforms. Figma translation that held up at the spacing-token level.
